The following policies are in place to ensure a respectful and productive environment for everyone involved with the Commissioner's office.
Confidentiality
Volunteers must maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information they may encounter. This includes internal discussions, constituent data, and strategic planning. Any unauthorized disclosure of this information may result in your removal from the volunteer program.
Communication Guidelines
All external communications on behalf of the office must be approved by a staff member. Please refrain from speaking to the media or public as a representative without explicit permission. All official communications, including email and social media, must adhere to the office's branding and messaging guidelines.
Professional Conduct
Volunteers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times, whether in person or online. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Our goal is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
Use of Office Resources
Access to office resources, including equipment, software, and this portal, is for official volunteer duties only. Personal use is strictly prohibited. Misuse of resources may result in a review of your volunteer status.

The mission of Commissioner Rylee Peak's office is to serve the community with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to progress. As a volunteer, you are an essential part of this mission, acting as a bridge between the office and the people we serve.
Volunteer Code of Conduct
All volunteers are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism and respect. This includes:
- Community Outreach: Attending public forums and events to represent the office.
- Constituent Communication: Assisting with managing and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Administrative Support: Helping with day-to-day office tasks and event preparation.
